Cycling Australia Diaries
| Friday 26th September 2003 | 94km (4957km) | Day 72 of 77 |
After a quick roadhouse breakfast we had began cycling by 8:30am. Only 20km down the road and we past the Siemers (we camped on their propery in outback NSW on 11th August). Not much else happened, the road is still slow and corrugations everywhere. Riding is extremely monotonous and mentally/physically draining. The thought of reaching the Cape and Melbourne the only thing keeping us going now. We set up camp in a dry dam on sunset.
